Senior Finance Analyst, Hinge Health

• 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, equity research, investment banking or a related role
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, with experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and business modeling
• Proficiency building financial models in Excel or Sheets
• Excellent communication skills—with the ability to synthesize and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Organized, attentive to detail, and intellectually curious
