Senior Analyst, Grindr

• 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or business analytics within a fast-paced company
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with large data sets
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity tables
• Working knowledge of SQL or other data query tools preferred
• Experience with data visualization and presentation tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, Looker, Tableau, etc
• Clear communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present data-driven insights
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn - you enjoy diving into data to uncover drivers and opportunities

• As the Senior Analyst, Revenue, you will join Grindr’s FP&A team and play a key role in driving revenue forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis
• This role partners closely with the Product and Monetization teams to evaluate new feature opportunities, size potential revenue impact, and help shape the roadmap from a financial perspective
• Reporting to the Manager of Revenue and Insights, you’ll support company-wide forecasting and planning, delivering actionable insights that influence leadership decisions
• This is a high-impact role with broad exposure across the organization, serving as a key partner to the Monetization team and finance leadership to help drive Grindr’s growth strategy
• Revenue Modeling: Build, maintain, and update detailed revenue models to support forecasting, budgeting, and initiative sizing
• Forecasting Support: Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with broader Finance and Product goals
• Performance Tracking: Support ongoing reporting of revenue results and key metrics, identifying trends and variance drivers
• Data Analysis: Partner with Data Science and Product to analyze large data sets, interpret results, and summarize findings in a clear, actionable way
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Finance, Product, Accounting, and Monetization to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy
• Presentation Support: Help prepare materials for management and board reporting, distilling complex data into clear insights and visualizations
