  • Facebook Ads Manager experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility e-commerce marketing and owning a budget required
  • Relevant client-side experience
  • Experience owning an annual performance budget in the 8-figures
  • Deep experience in marketing measurement
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects

What the job involves

  • Own Facebook campaign execution, including budget pacing, optimization, and strategy development
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reporting materials, including performance reports, presentations, and structured readouts for key tests (i.e. creative themes, holidays)
  • Partner with the product managers, product marketers and editorial teams to identify and address business opportunities
  • Seamless triangulate between MMM, MTA and Conversion Lift Study readouts to guide your investment strategy
  • Analyze impact, rapidly testing hypotheses and conducting data analysis with a goal of constantly improving the metrics
  • Collaborate with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Product Marketing, to develop and execute a testing strategy and roadmap across measurement, creative, and in-platform optimizations
  • Manage the creative production roadmap with external performance creative agencies as well as in-house creative teams
  • Work closely with our Meta account team, navigating Alphas, Betas and measurement opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams on projects to help us grow
  • Continuously build business relationships across functional teams
