Role
Who you are
- Analytical mind
- Experience identifying audiences and targeting them with marketing campaigns
- Experience with community management
- Good understanding of Google Suite
- Strong writing skills
- Native-level English speaker
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months
Desirable
- Background in creative writing and/or growth marketing
- A desire to initiate and act on your own ideas
- Proven experience in managing communities and scaling acquisition for a startup or a fast-growing company

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Community Intern to assist the Reedsy Learning team with managing our community of writers, as well as promoting the course and events
- You will learn about community building, email outreach, influencer campaigns, and growth marketing
- Identify and contact new leads for affiliate and influencer outreach
- Manage communication with our influencers and affiliates
- Engage with students and moderate chat spaces on our custom community app (Circle)
- Help moderate live webinars; and
- Generate ideas for introducing our course and events to new audiences
