- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the luxury lifestyle or fragrance industry
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
What the job involves
- Aroma360 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing various initiatives, including new product launches and overseas expansion
- You will work closely with the COO to ensure these projects are executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, join all meetings for notetaking and departmental updates
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with established timelines
- New Product Launches:
- Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, from concept to market introduction
- Coordinate product development, packaging, and production with local and overseas vendors
- Monitor product launch progress and address any issues or delays with full communication to all departments involved
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to the President and executive team on project status, risks, and opportunities
- Act as a liaison between different departments involved in project execution

The company was smart to expand from purely retail. Although it still hosts an impressive range of home-use products such as diffusers, it has successfully combined this with sensory branding and marketing for high-end companies. In 2024, it launched Aroma360 Pro that operates in 30 countries and develops private-label scents for private and customer-facing businesses.
Aroma360’s niche in scent marketing has attracted big brands, indicating how it has tapped into an often-overlooked tool for brand marketing and customer experience. This bodes well for its future, as it continues to expand and bring scent experiences to more homes and businesses.
