Business Analyst, Sanity Group

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience in a hyper-growth start-up or strategy consultancy
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus)
• Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate data analyses into strategic recommendations
• Experience in creating dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex relationships in an understandable way
• Experience working with stakeholders across different business areas
• Fluency in English, ideally also in German

• As a BUSINESS ANALYST (F/D/M) you will play a key role in analysing and providing data-driven insights to enable informed business decisions
• Your focus will be on supporting our Sourcing and Supply Chain team by developing data-based analyses and recommendations to optimise the efficiency and strategic alignment of our supplier decisions

• Development and implementation of data-driven business strategies
