Desirable

• The role sits within the Programmes team that is in the Operations team
• The Technical Programmes Manager (PM) will use their technical knowledge, expertise and experience to help plan and deliver the CFG products, including MOOCs, Classes, CFGdegree, +Masters and the MLA. A Technical PM should stay active, curious and thoughtful about deepening their understanding of CFG products, programme management and the CFG community
• They will use their technical knowledge and collaboration skills to support and enable their team members to do their best work together. A Technical PM will continually deepen their domain knowledge, working alongside the wider CFG team to ensure all their work is advancing towards the CFG mission
• The Technical PM will work closely with a Senior Technical PM and under the guidance of a Lead Programmes Manager, to ensure the successful execution of products, as well as the achievement of product objectives
• They play a key role in ensuring that products are completed successfully and achieve their intended objectives, based on student and instructor feedback and collected data
• Quality Assurance
• The Technical PM will support the monitoring of course quality and ensure that it is adhering to CFG standards. You will collaborate with Senior PMs or the Head of Programmes to identify areas for improvement and help implement corrective actions. As part of this, you will ensure compliance with relevant CFG policies
• Content Review and Updates
• The Junior Technical PM will continuously review content used on the CFG products and make updates where necessary and reasonable. They will take responsibility for the high-quality content of the products and ensure the content is up-to-date and technically sound
• Client Communication
• The Junior Technical PM may be asked to participate in client calls where technical advice is required, and support the Client Success and Commercial teams when liaising with prospective or current clients. They will be expected to communicate technical ideas with non-technical stakeholders clearly
• Documentation and Reporting
• As part of their role, the Technical PM may be asked to write and present reports on programme progress, milestones (for example, the Student Satisfaction Survey analysis in the CFGdegree), and key performance indicators (weekly feedback from participants). You will participate in the creation of presentations and materials for programme participants, and internal and external stakeholders
• Create content for CFG products (MOOCs, Classes, CFGdegree, +Masters, MLA) and/or advise or support content creators where necessary
• Continually review content and take ownership of improvements needed
• Work closely with members of the client success and commercial teams to develop their understanding of CFG products
• Support employees with client calls and provide technical support where needed
• Anticipate obstacles before they arise, where possible try to resolve these, or apply creative and critical thinking to problem-solve or overcome blockers and ensure progress at pace
• Manage and progress multiple, complex projects in parallel within the programme management scope that involve multiple stakeholders across teams and functions
• Facilitate collaboration between team members and create relevant connections and relationships
• Listen to your fellow sub-team peers with empathy, seeking to understand any challenges they are facing and where possible helping them to identify solutions, using your experience and domain knowledge
• Utilise, analyse and manage data to support your manager with feedback analysis and report creation
• Assist with product expansion as needed to support growth and programme development

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a recorded video interview and to complete an an online technical assessment
• Those successful after these two stages will be invited to meet with the Head of Programmes and Lead Programmes Manager, and be given a task to prepare for this interview
• Final candidate/s wider team meet and greet / interview
