What the job involves

We are seeking part-time Outbound Technical Support Representative for a remote work-from-home role
Work duties will include various projects related to support for our Hospital customers. All necessary training on the software and tools will be provided
Ensure all customer issues are diagnosed and addressed promptly
Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot and mitigate data delivery issues
Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate customer issues when appropriate
Other technical support tasks as needed
