What the job involves

Building new formats to support with functionality that delight our advertisers
Enable formats on various surfaces/placements
Establish product market fit
Iterate and pivot based on advertiser needs and product feedback
Build infrastructure to iterate and move faster
Developing new ad formats, including end-to-end prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and iterating to product-market fit
Continually improving the technical foundations used for Ad Formats
Full-time telecommuting is an option
