Who you are

You have hands-on experience in growth marketing and performance marketing
You have worked across multiple channels - Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads or HubSpot. You'll know the strengths and limitations of each rather than relying on just one
You’re the kind of person who runs experiments with purpose, reads the data with confidence, and knows when to scale what's working and cut what isn't
You think in unit economics - CAC, LTV, ROAS - and use these metrics to help shape smarter marketing decisions
You're someone who takes initiative and ownership. You're energised by spotting opportunities, testing ideas, and seeing what the results tell you
You have thrived in a high-growth or fast-paced environment where priorities shifted, you had to be resourceful, prioritise well, and make budgets work

What the job involves

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a hands-on marketer to take two recently launched products to the next level - amicable space, our subscription service for navigating relationships and separation, and a co-parenting app built to simplify parenting after separation
This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role for a performance marketer who enjoys testing, learning, and improving quickly
Work with the Head of Product & Subscription Services to drive campaigns and optimise paid acquisition channels (e.g. Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads)
Manage and allocate budgets across channels, optimising spend to maximise performance
Optimise early user journey, from acquisition through to onboarding and activation
Collaborate with the Growth Product Manager to improve onboarding flows and conversion
Launch, test, and iterate campaigns at pace across multiple products
Create and refine ad creatives (copy and basic visuals)
