Role
Who you are
- 2–5 years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go)
- Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of Git, GitHub workflows, and Linux shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset and curiosity to improve developer workflows
- Excellent communication skills; able to provide input on design discussions and collaborate effectively with peers
Desirable
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms
- Exposure to modern testing frameworks and progressive deployment strategies
- Interest in mentoring and helping others grow their technical skills
What the job involves
- Design, implement, and maintain productivity-enhancing tools and services with moderate supervision
- Apply system design principles to deliver scalable solutions that improve the developer experience
- Identify inefficiencies in development processes and propose practical, incremental improvements
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to understand pain points and implement solutions that remove bottlenecks and accelerate development velocity
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Kubernetes
- Begin mentoring new hires and sharing knowledge through documentation and team discussions
- Advocate for engineering best practices and participate in driving continuous improvement initiatives
