What the job involves
- Go City's accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury processes all depend on accurate, day-to-day transactional support
- This role exists to give the wider finance team dependable hands-on support across AR, AP and treasury, keeping the everyday transactional work moving accurately and on time
- Support the AR team with monthly invoice production and collection of debt, keeping customer billing on track
- Support the Treasury team with processing and reporting, so cash activity is captured accurately
- Input purchase invoices and provide general AP support, keeping the ledger current
- Maintain beneficiary bank account templates and verify bank details, protecting the business from payment errors
- Respond to customer chargebacks by providing the relevant evidence required
- Produce Cost of Fraud reporting
- Report on credit card expenditure
- Pick up ad-hoc duties, including testing new products and audit sample requests
- Complete Pass Extension reporting accurately and on time
- Reporting To Finance Operations Manager
