What the job involves
- The Problem We're Solving: Every Monday morning across 500,000 companies worldwide, revenue teams gather to answer three questions: Which deals will close? For how much? By when? This is solely based on the seller’s version of reality. Hence, revenue leaders spend more time inspecting deals than executing on them
- We're targeting the $2B+ forecasting market currently dominated by solutions that customers find disappointing due to their dependence on manual data hygiene
- We are at an early stage of this product with a clear path to explosive growth, leveraging our experience & network in building Rattle over the last 5 years. Join us in eliminating the manual drudgery of revenue operations and building the future where forecasting is automatic, accurate, and actionable

Our take
Rattle helps streamline the way that sales and business teams operate. Many companies use Salesforce software for customer service, marketing, and automation, but the founders of Rattle noticed that sales teams would waste hours navigating and implementing Salesforce’s technology.
Recognising the widespread adoption of Slack as a favoured internal communication tool, Rattle seized the opportunity to create software that merges the adaptability and scalability of Salesforce with the streamlined efficiency and real-time responsiveness of Slack. This approach enables companies to enjoy the customisability and scalability of solutions tailored to their specific needs, while also benefiting from the effective communication that Slack offers.
With support from investors including Insight Partners and GV, the company has been able to prioritise platform expansion and team development. Rattle's integration of sales analysis and communication software has proven instrumental for high-growth enterprises like Miro, Rippling, and Productboard, enabling them to maintain their momentum and effectively cater to their customers' needs.
