What the job involves
- As a Director of Sales Enablement you’ll play a meaningful role in making sure our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to drive exceptional performance, ultimately improving access to care and delivering a better healthcare experience for all
- Full ownership of the sales enablement strategy, including training programs, sales methodology, and tool implementation
- Authentically leading and mentoring a team of sales enablement professionals
- Building and fostering relationships with sales leadership, product marketing, and other key stakeholders
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, and processes
- Analyzing sales performance data and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Evaluating and implementing sales enablement technologies to enhance productivity
- Mapping and improving sales processes to optimize efficiency
