What the job involves
- As a Culture Transformation Lead, you have a pivotal role in accelerating cultural change across the Group
- You embed new ways of working across LBG to prepare the organisation for the future
- You will lead signature culture programs that deeply shift how 70,000 colleagues deliver impact and feel about working here
- You will draw on your experience of leading culture transformation, innovation and design thinking, systems thinking, and experimental approaches to influence behavioural, structural, and experiential change at scale
- You will work across HR, Strategy, technology platforms, and Business Units to diagnose cultural challenges, co‑design interventions, and shape conditions that enable a high-performance culture, and colleague engagement
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise level cultural transformation programmes, to shift attitudes, behaviours, and systems.‑level cultural transformation programmes, to shift mindsets, behaviours, and systems
