Role
Who you are
- The position requires having a strong background with BI Platforms, data governance, and data connectors, with extensive knowledge of Google Big Query, Sigma (or similar BI platforms), DBT, JavaScript, and SQL
- This position requires hands-on operational skills which will grow with the department
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with data
- Strong knowledge of Google Big Query,Sigma (or similar BI platforms), DBT, and SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What the job involves
- The Analytics Engineer position will manage and govern data at Honeylove.
- The Analytics Engineer will assist with maintaining our data warehouse and internal schema.
- Work with organizational stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Utilize Google Big Query, Sigma, DBT, JavaScript, and SQL to facilitate advanced data analysis and reporting
- Assist in Implementation and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with dedicated contractors and colleagues assisting in day-to-day activities
- KPIs;
- Work with internal stakeholders to define and present important company metrics
- Build, maintain, and review dashboards for the company and departments
- Ensure high-priority Marketing requests are completed in a timely manner
- Encourage adoption of our BI and data tools via training and ongoing support

She used her name and credibility to launch the company, quickly drawing attention from high-profile investors, including tennis legend Serena Williams.
Since its founding in 2018, Honeylove has made a name for itself as a venture-backed direct-to-consumer brand, earning spots on top shapewear listing magazines like vogue and InStyle. With nearly 2M customers, the company has expanded beyond shapewear, now offering a variety of products including sleep and loungewear. This success has also seen the company transition into the retail space, with partnerships with Nordstrom and Dillard's.
This mission goes beyond just clothes though, as Honeylove has forged a meaningful partnership with Dress for Success San Francisco, a nonprofit that helps women achieve economic independence. This collaboration reflects the brand's dedication to empowering women not just through its products, but through its broader efforts to support women in all aspects of business and life.
