What the job involves
- The Customer Success & Partnerships Intern will support the Customer Success team in delivering a seamless client experience
- This role involves assisting with client onboarding, day-to-day administrative support, cross-functional coordination, and performance reporting
- Support the client onboarding process to ensure smooth and timely setup
- Assist with day-to-day client administrative tasks and account maintenance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams
- Support the Onboarding Specialist with backend setup across Meta, TikTok, Google, and native advertising platforms
- Assist in setting up internal systems for new customers
- Coordinate API integrations with relevant teams
- Prepare regular performance reporting summaries for new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
- Support general campaign maintenance and optimization tasks
