- Experience managing sales incentive programs
- Experience consulting with internal stakeholders regarding incentive program development and management

- Demonstrated project management, organization, and execution skills with strong ability to manage deliverables and deadlines for multiple initiatives and teams

What the job involves
- The People & Capability team that supports the Services business is looking for a Analyst to support the design, administration and performance analysis of some of the Sales Compensation programs for Services
- This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Services business, Sales Compensation and the overall People & Capability function
- The individual in this role will work in close collaboration with Sales Leaders, People Business Partners and Total Rewards to ensure the Sales Compensation programs, processes and initiatives are implemented and managed effectively
- This position reports into the Director leading the Services Sales Compensation team within the People & Capability function
- Partner with team members and key stakeholders including Services Business Development and Total Rewards to support in the following areas:
- Design of new incentive programs
- Evolution of existing incentive programs
- Ongoing administration of existing incentive programs
- Conducting performance analysis of existing incentive programs
- Leverage the available tools (Salesforce, Tableau, others) for more effective execution of the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
