Who you are
- InMoment is looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Account Development team as an Account Development Representative
- You live and breathe customer service and demonstrate a customer-first attitude at all times

- Proficient with Google Suite (gmail, sheets, slides, forms etc)
- Quickly develop company-specific expertise and remain abreast of market changes, customer trends, and competitors’ best practices

- Bonus Points:
- Previous experience with Lead qualification/ Sales Development within a SaaS company
- Previous Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo
What the job involves
- You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area

- Follow-up in a timely manner on leads that come into the system via webinars, events
- And other marketing efforts
- Help source new leads and contacts via Salesforce, Linkedin, and Zoominfo
- Utilize phone and email to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Follow the established pre-sales process and consistently use Salesforce.com to
- Document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management
- Collaborate with other InMoment teams, providing constructive feedback on customer
- Needs to ensure competitiveness and provide a clear vision for success

- Brief Phone Chat:

- Hiring Manager Interview:
- If the phone call was successful on both ends, you will be invited to meet with your potential future manager for a 45-60 minute interview. We will go more in-depth about your experience, how that fits the role, and what motivates you in the workplace
- Meet the Team:
- In this 45-60 minute video interview, you will get to meet some internal stakeholders who you would be interacting with on a regular basis if you were to be hired. The purpose of this interview is for you to get a better understanding of what a day in life would be like, and for us to get other perspectives on your skills and experience, and how those could potentially add to the overall team
- Offer:
- At this stage, we hope to call you our co-worker in the very near future! Once we are fully aligned, we will make you a formal offer which will be sent to you digitally via DocuSign. Once you have signed your Offer Letter digitally, a member of our HR team will be in touch to kick off your onboarding process
