• As the Business Development Representative, Franchise at 7shifts you will help drive revenue for our Franchise sales team by engaging with targeted companies in the restaurant industry to generate and qualify new business leads and get them excited about our product
• Reporting to the Manager of Mid-Market Sales, you will help advance team and departmental goals by providing feedback to identify areas for optimization within the Outbound team
• Engage targeted customers using various methods such as calling, emailing, social selling, and networking and book meetings for the Franchise Account Executive team
• Engage inbound sales inquiries and book meetings for the Franchise Account Executive team
• Effectively manage lead pipeline by prioritizing and organizing activities in Salesforce
• Understand and articulate 7shifts’ value proposition and sales pitch to effectively attract qualified buyers
• Conduct qualification calls for both inbound and outbound sales initiatives through a targeted approach of selected customers
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, as well as achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
• Leverage assistance from third-party partners, 7shifts marketing leaders, and others to maximize collaboration
• Ensure that you are staying up to date with the competitive market, especially in the restaurant industry
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our processes
• Potential to travel to industry events within the market, including, but not limited to: trade shows, customer conferences, and hospitality alliances within North America
