Business Development Representative, 7shifts

• As a Business Development Representative, Franchise, you’ll be on the front lines of growth for our Franchise segment
• You’ll connect with multi-location restaurant brands, uncover their challenges, and introduce them to a better way to manage their teams
• Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development, SMB & Mid-Market, you’ll partner closely with our Franchise Account Executives to generate high-quality opportunities, improve our outbound motion, and help scale one of the fastest-growing departments at 7shifts
• Proactively engage franchise and multi-location restaurant groups through calls, email, social selling, and events
• Respond to inbound franchise inquiries and qualify opportunities for the AE team
• Book high-quality meetings that convert into revenue
• Own and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, prioritizing daily actions that drive results
• Confidently communicate the value of 7shifts and how we solve real restaurant challenges
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls using a targeted, consultative approach
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals and opportunity quotas
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to optimize outreach strategies
• Stay informed on restaurant technology trends and the competitive landscape
• Identify process gaps and share feedback to help improve the Franchise sales motion
• Represent 7shifts at industry events, trade shows, and hospitality conferences (travel as needed)
