We’re looking for a soon-to-be graduate who is eager to test new things, learns by doing, and is inspired by CO2 AI’s mission to reduce carbon emissions
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business management, marketing or equivalent field
Looking for an end-of-studies internship (as this is potentially a pre-hire internship)
Hands-on: You will have a strong impact on your KPI and, once onboarded, be autonomous and creative to meet your goals. Our market is changing fast and we're very young, so we need to learn quickly from experiments and focus our time and effort on the most impactful initiatives
Motivated: A strong interest in our sustainability mission and the world of technology/start-ups will help you drive the above!

What the job involves

As a Growth Marketing Intern you'll help expand our lead generation efforts. You'll be experimenting across inbound & outbound to find scalable levers to generate new leads
CO2 AI is looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to help expand our lead generation efforts. You will be experimenting across inbound (e.g. content, webinars, events) and outbound (e.g. email campaigns, direct mail) to find scalable levers to generate new leads
As a Growth Marketing Intern, working across multiple teams to reinforce our position as a leader in the field, you will :
Launch new initiatives to generate new leads and convert them. Some examples:
Launch outbound sequences in partnership with Sales team
Create an email nurturing campaign on Hubspot
Manage ads on LinkedIn and Google
Create content or events on topics of interest to prospects
Measure performance across campaigns and channels:
Lead generation and influence on sales pipeline in Hubspot
Ads performance on LinkedIn campaign manager and Adwords
Build dashboards to monitor performance continuously
As a member of the Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced team members as well as collaborate with the other teams at CO2 AI

Its platform processes and translates complex data into actionable insights, allowing users to make the most impactful changes. Interestingly, it includes "Scope 3" emissions in this analysis, which are emissions that are not directly produced by the company but by the organisations it controls.

Incubated within the technology wing of Boston Consulting Group, the company was spun out in 2023, with BCG acting as one of the funding bodies behind its corresponding fundraise. CO2 AI is using these funds to expand its footprint in Europe and North America as it moves ahead in its journey as a standalone business.
