Principal Product Manager, ZipRecruiter

• Located in Eastern or Central Time zones to collaborate with Tel Aviv-based engineering teams
• 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams focused on growth
• 4+ years of formal product management experience with a track record of driving results
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform growth strategies
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with engineers
• Highly organized, structured thinker with a strong sense of urgency
• Helicopter pilot mentality - can easily switch from high level strategy to UI polish and data model details
