- 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leaders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and cultures
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Hangouts
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch
What the job involves
- On the consumer side, we operate a portfolio of trusted storefronts including Codashop, Recharge.com , Startselect.com , mobiletopup.co.uk and other local sites that give customers secure and easy access to digital credit, game vouchers, gift cards and prepaid products
- As an Executive Assistant, you'll deliver seamless, high level support to senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Operations and Commercial teams
- In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our EVP and COO
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Plan and coordinate international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for team members attending client meetings, conferences, and events
- Organize and execute board meetings, team meetings, offsites, and internal events, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling requests, prioritizing meetings based on urgency and business needs
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership
- Track key deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of initiatives
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to facilitate seamless communication
- Support administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, procurement requests, and document management
