Who you are
- You’re comfortable working with unclear problems and incomplete information, and can create structure on your own
- You keep work moving: follow up, unblock, prioritise, and ensure things ship
- You ask the right questions to unlock core pain points and strategise solutions
- You organise work using simple tools (Docs, Sheets), not PM frameworks or Jira workflows
- You can write development-ready project documents with no AI fluff
- You understand MarTech fundamentals (campaign workflows, tracking, automation, integrations) and why they’re complex
- You’re data-strong: you explore datasets, can use BI tools (e.g. Lightdash), and conclude
- You’re comfortable working close to technical systems: reading logs, debugging issues, understanding APIs, and supporting automation
- You’ve shipped before - a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation, or project

What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Junior Product Manager for our MarTech team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised and can create clarity in an unstructured environment
- Ensuring weekly progress toward quarterly goals
- Testing new releases hands-on, verifying behaviour, tracking issues, and scheduling fixes
- Monitoring product metrics and system health, flagging issues early
- Using our internal automation tools to understand real user workflows
- Stepping in quickly when issues surface to help coordinate a resolution
- Taking ownership of smaller product areas as you grow

Our take
For years, JustWatch served as a global streaming guide, simplifying the search for shows across platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. On top of this, it leveraged user data to run targeted movie marketing campaigns.
However, in the 2020s, JustWatch introduces a significant upgrade. Following in the footsteps of Plex and Reelgood, users can now seamlessly search, access, and receive recommendations from all their streaming services within a single app.
Remarkably, despite minimal external funding since its 2014 inception, JustWatch has expanded into approximately 130 markets with a team exceeding a hundred members. As the streaming services market becomes increasingly diverse and fragmented, JustWatch finds itself in a promising position to capitalize on these developments. It continues to broaden its scope, for example by expanding into content licensing.
