• 5 + years of experience in product management with a focus on delivering B2B software solutions, preferably with a SaaS analytics platform
• Experience leading 1 – 3 significant product launches from concept to delivery, demonstrating ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle and cross-functional coordination
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating within a matrixed organization to coordinate across business units and functions, successfully launching software products that enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable results
• Analytical and data-driven, with a consistent track record of using data, customer insights, and external benchmarks to inform product decisions and develop well-supported points of view

• As a Sr Product Manager on our Patient Experience & Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our Jarvis Analytics solution
• Your day to day will involve defining and executing the product vision and roadmap, driving user-centric designs and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of dental professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support
• Conduct thorough customer research and interviews to understand user needs, challenges, and preferences to address complex problems
• Develop data-informed strategies and roadmaps to guide product and platform investment decisions
• Prioritize work, manage dependencies, and deliver product experiences that provide game-changing value to our customers and meet business needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization – including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support – to develop and launch products
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and leadership, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment and shared understanding
