Who you are
- Degree in Business Administration/HR or related field or 1+ years’ experience in similar role, ideally in a Software company
- Greenhouse ATS experience highly desirable

What the job involves
- The Recruiting Operations Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships
- This position will work effectively with internal clients and candidates across the global business
- They will create a phenomenal candidate experience through prompt and friendly communication
- The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will also support the Global Talent Acquisition function through maintenance of online job portals, the job description library, and our Applicant Tracking System
- Manage the Job Requisition process from creation to close
- Provide people and team analysis regarding trends from recruiting team data
- Analyze and compile data pertaining to hiring efforts
- Develop and analyze job descriptions, provide feedback and edits as necessary
- Manage recruiting workflow in our ATS and identify areas of improvement
- Assist in managing Nintex job boards, postings, and advertisement campaigns
- Organize data gathered from Applicant Tracking System
- Develop engaging content for and monitor social media channels for all global recruiting efforts
- Monitor department budget to ensure spending is within guidelines
- Take initiative in project management, remaining open to feedback and thriving in group

- Assist in meetings/interviews and managing recruiting calendars
- Take on Ad Hoc HR project and programs to support the overall business objectives
