Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of [10+] years of progressive sales leadership experience in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on the EMEA region
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Set ambitious revenue targets and establish sales quotas, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple markets within the EMEA region
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, providing clear direction and support to team members
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand market presence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers
- Leverage market insights to refine product offerings and contribute to the development of new products/services
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to drive seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline, and revenue results, providing regular reports to executive leadership
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and develop action plans to address them
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to communicate sales performance and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and manage the sales budget for the EMEA region, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities
- Monitor and control expenses to achieve financial targets while maximizing ROI
