- You’ve built and shipped production-ready applications in Typescript and React

- You value giving and receiving feedback - as a small team, we focus on openness and improving fast, with frequent checkins and regular two-way feedback - we’re looking for someone who thrives on being transparent, as well as giving and receiving feedback with low ego regularly as part of their week

What the job involves
- Owning features end-to-end - you’ll drive features from conception through delivery, collaborating on initial design through to implementation and deployment. You may be working on things like: AI-powered assistants and functionality, multiplayer features in our document editor, scaling our intelligent diagram canvas, integrating with applications like Zoom or Salesforce or improving our monitoring and logging infrastructure
- Engaging with our users and prospects - you’ll shape our product direction through continuously learning and developing deep insights into how technical sales and implementation teams operate
- Working across the stack - you’ll dive into any layer of the stack from frontend applications to backend services and infrastructure. You’ll be a leading voice in designing and implementing future systems, driving optimisations and managing our infrastructure. We're a small team taking on big challenges, with everyone contributing wherever impact is needed
- Leading through clear communication - as an early team, our velocity comes from tight collaboration between founders and our founding engineers. You'll regularly present technical proposals, create enabling documentation, and work closely with fellow engineers to drive decisions forward. Strong communication is core to how we move fast

The role occupies a unique and critical position in the software onboarding chain, responsible for pre-sales solution design, post-sales onboarding, and implementation, along with ongoing support. Now live with customers with early revenue, the team is focusing on growing its community to new heights and geographies as well as further expanding its product offering.
