Role
Who you are
- A minimum of 6 years of HR/TA experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in international talent acquisition and building global teams. Familiarity with cultural sensitivities and legal compliance to ensure an efficient and effective process
- In-depth knowledge and experience in managing and administering Lever ATS
- Proven expertise in recruiting both technical and non-technical talent. Proficient in managing multiple hiring pipelines and open roles, employing creative search techniques for passive candidates
- Exceptional organizational and database management skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
- Takes a creativeand innovative approach to designing andimplementingnew programs and processes
- Experience in setting and managing KPIs and a sharp ability to identify trends and proactively recommend improvements
- Experience supporting all areas of HR with a focus in HRIS systems
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented candidate to identify and anticipate our organization’s staffing needs and integrate innovative talent acquisition solutions to enable continued business success
- Using analytical and critical thinking capabilities, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will develop and drive high impactinitiatives and processes to hiring and retaininggreat talent
- You will report directly to and work closely with the VP of People
- Additionally, collaborate with the Leadership Team on broader talent acquisition and talent retention best practices and strategy
- Take charge of the full-cycle recruiting and hiring process across Study.com
- Innovatively devise and implement effective global recruitment methods and strategies to attract top-tier talent. Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other social media and specialized channels for sourcing and job postings
- Manage and oversee our ATS (Lever) to ensure efficient and compliant talent acquisition processes. Leverage the ATS to monitor key performance indicators and metrics related to the recruitment process, using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and improvements
- Lead and execute the company’s global talent initiative as we expand internationally
- Directly engage in recruiting for open positions when necessary
- Stay updated on the latest HR-AI and machine learning trends to recommend solutions for integrating new technologies for efficiency and effectiveness
- Forge effective and confident communication at all levels of the organization, closely collaborating with hiring managers to cultivate candidate pipelines that align with our staffing requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the employer branding strategy through metrics and feedback. Utilize data-driven insights to make adjustments as needed, ensuring that the company's brand resonates with top talent and remains competitive in the market
- Offer assistance and support to our HR Generalist in HRIS and Benefits areas. Lend expertise to HR Learning & Development initiatives such as interview skills training for hiring managers, DE&I, employee retention, and talent development

Whilst education facilities are beginning to integrate their curriculums into e-learning resources across the world, Study.com has recognized that students and teachers need a more unified solution for studying, covering everything from tutorials and lesson plans to private tuition. Through its platform, the company aims to improve the e-learning experience for K12 and college students, whilst simultaneously helping teachers to improve lessons and find new clients.
