Role
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of project governance frameworks
- Proficiency in JIRA, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, and relationship management
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent client communication, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities
What the job involves
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery with a focus on governance and Agile practices
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and Advanced Roadmaps
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Use JIRA and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and team collaboration
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, security teams, and business stakeholders
- Drive project planning, requirements gathering, technical design reviews, and implementation activities
