Role
Who you are
- At least one significant experience (3+ years) as a Customer Success Manager on a B2B Enterprise customers environnement
- Autonomy in nurturing your customer accounts, balanced with the ability to report customer situations accurately and timely
- Experience on a SaaS product targeting technical populations to understand our audiance: DevOps, developers, security teams, ..
- Fluency in English (most of our customers are international)
What the job involves
- Nurture the entire lifecycle of our customers, including onboarding, deployment, and ongoing & proactive touch-points
- Proactively identify risks or blockers faced by your customers and report them promptly
- Design and implement action plans to address issues and overcome challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to share insights and improve the overall experience of your customers
- Customer Success Managers at GitGuardian are not involved in contracts renewal, they are focused on our customers journey

Our take
The twin uptakes of GitHub usage and cloud architectures have resulted in the propagation of digital authentication credentials in both public and private code repositories. Think APIs, cryptographic keys and login credentials.
GitGuardian has become the go-to for 100,000s of developers to identify these secrets in real time, securing enterprise software with bottom-up adoption.
The startup has also built from its secret detection expertise and extended its technology to encode a wide variety of vulnerabilities to compete with legacy code security platforms. In 2021, GitGuardian raised an impressive $44 million in order to accelerate this innovation.
So far, GitGuardian’s laser-sharp focus on secret detection has allowed it to carve out a lucrative niche, but the expansion of its technology will bring it into direct competition with well-established cyber security giants. The company is gathering momentum, however, and is likely to scale in line with its technology in the coming years.
