Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below
- Knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cyber-security industry, is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
What the job involves
- Reports to: Manager, Channel Account Management
- As an Account Manager, you will join a team of sales professionals focused on driving Annual Recurring Revenue growth through cross-selling of additional products and the expansion and retention of the installed products across our customer and partner base
- This role is critical in expanding our relationships with customers and partners while helping them deliver industry-leading cybersecurity to their customers through the Huntress platform
- This is an individual contributor role focused on net dollar retention through cross-selling and expansion of product usage, gross dollar retention, partner loyalty, customer and partner satisfaction, and everything growth and success after the initial sale
- Reporting to the Manager of Account Management, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role
- Success in this velocity motion will be measured by expansion and retention metrics and the ability to maintain high activity levels and deliver outcomes across your customer and partner base
- Achieve assigned quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates in a velocity sales motion
- Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer and partner satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
- Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
- Execute a customer and partner engagement process to ensure great communication with our existing customers and partners

The company offers a managed security platform, which third party resellers leverage to protect their clients from attacks. Launched in 2015, Huntress has grown well over the years, attracting plenty of investment and expanding its headcount into the hundreds.
In recent years, Huntress has turned its eye to acquisitions and new product launches, as well as major international expansion. A considerable influx of funding will support these initiatives, as well as allow the company to maintain sales momentum by expanding its go-to-market efforts.
