What the job involves
- Visit.org is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success & Program Delivery Associate, remote, to join our team
- In this role, you’ll support our largest clients by delivering impactful, well-executed volunteer experiences
- Combining customer success, event coordination, and partner management, you’ll help bring large-scale social impact programs to life — from planning logistics to enhancing the participant experience
- Visit.org helps companies discover & book thousands of carefully curated social impact team experiences, led by and benefitting local nonprofits
- With its proprietary library of team-based experiences across 90+ countries, Visit.org provides HR, CSR, and Meetings & Events leaders highly scalable, culturally appropriate content for purpose-driven employee and client engagement
- Some of our customers include Colgate, Paramount, Visa, Ancestry, Tommy Bahama, and more
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, regular engagement, and ongoing satisfaction
- Track account health by monitoring engagement, surfacing risks, and flagging opportunities for expansion
- Contribute to renewal and expansion efforts by preparing usage reports, collecting impact data, and supporting proposal development
- Plan and coordinate large-scale volunteer events - logistics, timelines, registrations, materials, and internal and stakeholder management
- Ensure successful day-of execution: collaborate with the Events & Logistics team to ensure proper space setup, check-in, coordinating with facilities/security, and ensuring seamless flow for participants
- Maintain planning trackers and calendars to keep internal and external teams aligned
- Track and report key program metrics: # of events, volunteer participation, cost per head, satisfaction scores, and social impact
- Maintain internal documentation including SOPs, best practices, and planning templates
- Help identify trends and make recommendations to improve the scale, efficiency, and impact of future events
Our take
Visit.org was once of a number of companies that hosted a marketplace of socially impactful travel experiences. But, when travel restrictions and transmission earnings kicked in, it pivoted sharply. Now, it helps companies meet corporate social responsibility (CSR) pressure by providing a curated package of remote, socially impactful activities.
It’s a smart move. CSR pressure is growing as investor expectations regarding social impact are rising. Moreover, it will help companies boost their appeal to younger employees, a majority of whom say they won’t accept jobs from companies with poor CSR policies.
Visit.org’s offering, which additionally helps companies tailor their remote social impact packages by providing employee-preference analytics, is proving both an affordable and reputationally lucrative solution. A large raft of corporate customers including Dolby, Twitch, and IBM will help cement its position going forward.
