Who you are

Bachelor’s degree
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail

Experience with Excel, and demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in spreadsheets

What the job involves

The Operations Associate will work within Octus Global Covenants team and be based in our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office
The role is ideal for someone who has recently completed their undergraduate degree and is interested in growing within the financial services, legal and/or data sectors
Fielding client queries for covenant analysis via email and tracking the status of queries across various Octus teams
Ensuring strict adherence to compliance processes related to private documents and analysis
Collaborating with our commercial team to provide excellent client service
Maintaining internal reporting documentation
Liaising with offshore data team and EMEA/Americas teams on workflow and data initiatives, when required
Monitoring fixed income deal flow and compiling related documentation
Supporting and working collaboratively with Octus legal analysts, credit analysts, and journalists in EMEA and the Americas on developing editorial content and data projects
Collaborating on, and leading, various administrative and operations projects
