What the job involves

As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing our product offerings, and fostering exceptional customer service. You will directly contribute to our growth and success in creating a greener world
Build and execute best in class quality inspection operations: be on the frontline of what makes a marketplace tick. Coordinate quality assurance with our suppliers, buyers and third party service providers
Collaborate with product teams to optimise operations: Work closely with our product teams to identify areas for automation. You will analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to optimise efficiency and productivity, whilst fostering a culture of continuous feedback
Become the go to person for quality compliance: Work with industry experts to understand and compile requirements to ensure our marketplace transactions are compliant; especially when expanding into new markets around the world
Build top-tier customer service and make our quality control programme a key differentiator: Create and maintain a best-in-class customer service experience. You will develop strategies to address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve customer satisfaction
Nurture key stakeholder relationships: Develop strong relationships with our customers, suppliers and third party service providers. You will act as a trusted point of contact, actively engaging with our clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide personalised solutions. Your ability to build and maintain positive relationships will be critical in fostering long-term partnerships
