What the job involves

The Brand Ad Formats team is seeking a skilled Frontend engineer with a product-focused mindset to join the Brand Ad Formats team
Build Ad experiences and create patterns for Reddit’s Android app that enhance our ads’ performance and functionality
Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges
Engage in the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, analyze, and deploy
Languages: Typescript, Go
Frameworks: React, Thrift, gRPC
Datastores: Postgres, DynamoDB, BigQuery

Reddit is a website that facilitates thousands of message board communities, known as subreddits, with an aim to promote authentic human connection. There are more than 100,000 communities on Reddit, covering everything, from food, entertainment, sports, and books, to more niche topics that cater for very specific audiences.

The simple platform is used by more than 52 million people a day and attracts over 50 billion monthly views.
