• Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join our Solutions Engineering team in Denver
• You’ll play a critical role in developing custom solutions to showcase the "art of the possible" for strategic customers needing functionality that goes beyond the native monday.com offering
• These custom solutions will leverage monday.com's API and App Development framework to create custom workflow automations, UI views, and more
• This is a customer-facing role that requires aptitude across our four main pillars of engagement: Discovery, Design/Proposal, Development, and Presentation
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to unblock strategic deals, renewals, expansions, and technical proof-of-concepts
• Lead deep technical and business discovery with customers to understand the requirements and use case through in-depth discovery sessions with customers
• Translate customer pain points into clearly scoped, high-impact technical designs
• Build and deploy production-grade custom solutions using monday.com’s app framework, APIs, SDKs, and automation tools
• Develop full-stack solutions (front-end, back-end, integrations, and hosting) with exposure to all aspects of delivery, including deployment and DevOps considerations
• Resolve bugs and provide ongoing support/iteration for live custom solutions active in the service environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on project engagements typically ranging between 2-6 weeks in duration
