Role
Who you are
- As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented (Senior) Account Executive to join our team and help drive our success to new heights
- 5+ years experience in a quota-carrying role with track record of overachievement through demand generation and intelligent territory management
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to a technical audience
- Track record of acquiring new logos, ideally in the digital native segment
- Strong technical background or experience in selling data infrastructure, ideally DB and Search technology. Experience in monetising open-source technology is a big plus
- Independent and motivated by new challenges & comfortable with a fast growth environment
- Solid baseline of consultative value selling and proficient use of sales qualification methodologies
What the job involves
- Acquisition: Build and scale our AI/Digital native and Enterprise customer base whilst securing new logos by demonstrating the value Qdrant can bring to them
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospective customers to nurture and grow them by understanding their needs and translating them into value-adding engagements at all levels in the territory
- GTM Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for your territory and successfully execute against it to achieve significant growth
- Collaborate: Work with other teams such as Marketing, DevRel, and Product to share insights and refine offerings
- Engage and Educate: Use your technical knowledge of Qdrant and tie it back to the value to the customer at the C-Suite and Engineering levels to prove Qdrant’s value from a business and technical perspective
- Achieve Goals: Meet sales targets and track performance metrics through metrics for success framework and key performance indicators
Our take
In many cases, documents may have too few keywords, or queries might be too large for the usual full-text search to provide the desired result. In such cases, the search either finds no intersections or returns a lot of irrelevant results. Qdrant is setting out to solve this problem with a neural network-based semantic search which can be used stand-alone or in conjunction with traditional search.
Qdrant utilises applied AI and metric learning to provide users with an open-source neural search engine. This engine has proven popular with businesses looking to turn their unstructured data into an asset. The possible applications of this technology greatly vary, from product recommendations in e-commerce to image recognition and analysis of anomalies.
Qdrant has received a lot of trust and capital from leading investors. In 2026, it was awarded $50 million in Series B, enabling it to develop and scale its composable vector search platform further. This will be invaluable to the company as it continues to innovate and increase its consumer base.
