Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a Growth Product Manager with a proven track record of driving subscription revenue in a fast-paced, real estate-focused startup
- The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience managing and growing product adoption, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on growth targets
- The role requires independent leadership, aligning teams including marketing, product marketing, and customer service to meet subscription revenue targets and drive adoption
- 4-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on product creation and managing subscription targets
- Proven experience in a successful real estate product startup
- Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives
- Solid understanding of subscription revenue models, growth metrics, and driving product adoption
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a remote or hybrid environment

- Experience with subscription revenue models and scaling product usage
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate teams toward common goals
What the job involves
- Reporting to: CEO
- Own and drive subscription revenue growth by developing and executing strategies that increase product adoption and retention
- Collaborate across multiple teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success) to align on messaging, campaigns, and customer feedback
- Use data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet growth targets
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for product users while driving product optimization for better engagement
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer feedback drives product improvements and innovations
- Document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and key decisions from cross-functional meetings

As a virtual real estate brokerage, it delivers a platform and services that have grown exponentially since its first launch - covering brokers on all bases from networking to branding and marketing, and all sorts of services in-between.
