Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing techniques
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Greenhouse Strongly Preferred
- Experience recruiting for corporate and technical roles in one or more of the following: engineering, finance, product, or marketing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- Housecall Pro is currently seeking a temporary recruiter to assist in hiring for engineering, product, marketing, finance and more!
- We anticipate this contract will be at least 3 months with possibility for extension
- As a Partner, Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join Housecall Pro
- You work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to fill positions with candidates who not only have the required skills but also fit our company culture
- Your role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities
- Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and improve the efficiency of hiring processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the People team to align recruiting efforts with overall workforce planning and diversity initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

The resurgent home services market is expected to be worth well over $1 trillion by 2030. With the vast majority of businesses in the space either small or medium sized, there’s obvious value in backend software to take care of laborious but necessary admin in one place.
After five years as a Board Member, Michael Beaudoin became CEO in 2020 to help lead the company’s expansion. Considering that Beaudoin previously spent 13 years at the helm of highly successful home contractor marketplace HomeAdvisor, this seemed to be a shrewd move.
