What the job involves

Provide first class support to our customers
Manage welcome emails and book initial calls
Confirming attendance for calls booked with customers
Ensure we have all information required from customers for the marketing we send out for them
Work with CSM to ensure all work completed accurately and within timeframes
Book onboarding calls
Deal with inbound calls and general enquiries
