Role
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Social Media Editor or similar role in social media production
- Premiere Pro, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop (basic), After Effects (basic), Da Vinci (bonus), Filming on iPhone, Strong understanding of lighting, Understanding of set design
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Experience with content creation and curation
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting people’s mental health
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- You should love the process of testing, learning, and refining. If you're not taking risks, you're not telling the right story
What the job involves
- Has previously lead editing teams
- Create and edit high-quality content across various social media platforms
- Lead our existing editors and steer them on how to create social media content
- Have a comprehensive understanding of social media posting tactics to increase engagement and grow our online presence
- Understand the nuances of platforms and the ever-evolving landscape of social media. If TikTok changes the algorithm, you need to know about it
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice
