Mid Level Product Manager, Oddbox

• Previous experience as a digital Product Manager, ideally in a subscription or e-commerce business
• Familiarity with CMS, CRM, react native apps, and subscription models
• A track record of launching new features and driving measurable performance improvements
• Experience building and communicating a clear, strategic product roadmap
• Hands-on delivery experience in an agile environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement

• Use insights and data to define product priorities, develop MVPs, and continuously optimise the user journey across platforms
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with overall goals and KPIs
• Work in agile cycles to deliver both incremental improvements and large step changes that respond rapidly to user feedback, market shifts, or performance insights
• Communicate product strategy and progress effectively to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and fostering strong relationships
• Ensure a high standard of quality, usability, and performance, constantly evaluating risks and acting decisively to address them
