Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role
- 1+ years of experience managing a book of business and carrying a quota, focusing on growth and expansion
- Previous experience working in any one of the following areas is preferred:
- Experience selling subscription-based software technologies (SaaS), other software products, and/or financial services products
- Experience working with startups
- Top performer with a track record of consistently exceeding quota
- A consummate team player who enjoys wearing multiple hats and inspiring everyone around you to do great work

- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and venture accelerators

- As a Growth Account Executive at Rho, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's expansion and revenue growth

- You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working with a diverse range of businesses to provide innovative financial solutions that streamline their operations and fuel their growth
- Your contributions will be instrumental in revolutionizing how companies manage their finances and helping Rho make a lasting impact
- Identify and engage high-potential current customers across various industries and company sizes
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies within Rho’s book of business to grow and expand product adoption and exceed revenue targets
- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline to meet company goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each prospect's unique needs
- Coordinate closely with customer success and implementation teams to maintain the highest level of service and experience
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Rho was founded to address the growing need among small and medium-sized businesses for a unified solution to manage corporate spending and cash flow. Aiming to serve companies with 30 to 500 employees, Rho designed its platform to create seamless workflows across banking, corporate cards, and accounts payable.
The company introduced Rho AP, an accounts payable product, followed by a corporate card in partnership with Sterling Bank, enhancing its offering for businesses looking for efficiency in managing financial operations.
