Who you are
- A proven leader with experience building, coaching and leading highly successful teams
- Management experience in a Head of or Director role at a high-growth business
- Experience managing high-budget performance-based ad spend across multiple channels
- A background of working with sales teams to coordinate and amplify the effect of digital activity with channel activity to maximise growth
- Proficiency in Excel and demonstrable analytical capabilities
- A background in deploying, developing and delivering new and innovative channels to support and enable a broader marketing mix
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrable ability for storytelling
- International experience or a track record of scaling marketing efforts across multiple markets
- An insatiable curiosity
What the job involves
- Dojo is looking for an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to set the strategic direction and deliver scalable customer growth across digital and sales-driven channels (Inside Sales, Field Sales and Partnerships)
- Leading an expert team and reporting directly into the SVP Growth & RevOps, this role is accountable for customer acquisition across B2B and B2C audiences through a multi-channel approach
- The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the commercial teams in order to maximise growth opportunities throughout the funnel and across all channels
- You will set the strategic direction for digital marketing across owned, earned and paid channels including PPC, programmatic, display, paid social, affiliates and video
- You will also support the cross-sell and retention efforts where required
- You will lead channel marketing efforts and work with sales to support their acquisition efforts through incentives, point-of-sale materials, promotions, and pitch decks etc
- You will scale acquisition efforts in the UK and roll out in international markets according to the broader business strategy
- You will lead the B2C acquisition strategy for new consumer growth
- You will provide leadership and mentorship to an expert team in London with the ability to grow numbers locally and internationally
- You will collaborate effectively with stakeholders and internal customers (analytics, commercial, product, product marketing, insight, creative, data science, senior leadership and the exec)
- You will own key performance metrics including customer acquisition cost assoc with digital channels (CAC), the resulting net lifetime value (LTV) and the associated CAC:LTV ratio
- You will coordinate marketing efforts across SME, mid-market and enterprise segments
- You will own the translation of segment-level value propositions into meaningful channel activations for sales, partner marketing and enterprise teams
- You will work with the data teams to embed a testing and experimentation framework that delivers continual improvement
- You will establish an effective attribution model for assessing cross-channel activity
- You will effectively communicate performance, quickly establising standardardised reports that help you scale or sunset experiments
- You will deliver meaningful results, fast
