Director of Demand Generation, Truepic

• Bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of HubSpot as a marketing automation platform and CRM
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• As the Director of Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers recognize and consider Truepic as a critical part of their digital media authenticity initiatives
• Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into loyal customers
• You will lead efforts to create and implement innovative multi-channel campaigns that captivate our target audience and drive significant growth for Truepic
• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with Truepic’s growth goals
• Define success metrics, key performance indicators, and objectives for experiments and campaigns
• Plan, create, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (including email, content marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and events) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
• Manage and mentor a direct report to ensure the successful implementation and execution of demand generation activities
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, follow-up, and conversion
• Work closely with product marketing and design teams to create compelling campaign assets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and improve demand generation efforts
• Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize results
