Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience within B2B SaaS, preferably MarTech, Big Data, or a technical industry
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience, in new business, renewals, upsells and/or cross-sells
- A proven track record of driving revenue results for your customers and your company
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, as well as a solid business acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work seamlessly across internal teams
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a curious, data-driven and commercially focused Account Manager to join our six-person (and growing) Account Management team who’s excited by helping customers achieve their goals while hitting and exceeding company revenue targets
- As an Account Manager at Dreamdata, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- You will serve as the primary commercial point of contact and overall relationship owner for North American customers, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they receive from our platform
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with clients
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and technical Customer Success to ensure successful outcomes and advocate for customers
- Provide strategic support to clients, focusing on maximizing their return on investment
- Monitor client platform usage and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client relationships
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system

Furthermore, solutions that aid business efficiency are in high demand. Since Dreamdata can successfully improve business efficiency, there is a big potential market for it to grow into.
Dreamdata has focused on establishing a strong client base and accelerating its product offerings, even launching a B2B alternative to Google Analytics called Digital Analytics. The company is well-positioned to see future growth as it shapes the space with automated conversion and predictive signals, especially as it secured further funding in 2025.
