What the job involves

As part of the company's high growth, the Office Coordination team is looking for a new member to be based in our London office
By working every day at the office, you will be in daily contact with about 30 employees and the office keeps growing!
Create and maintain a pleasant work environment
Ensure high levels of communication
Spread good vibes in the office
Define and enforce office procedures
Conduct administrative duties
Welcome visitors & answer the phone
Coordinate and organize office events
Supervise and control the work of contractors
Participate in the onboarding process
Maintain proper office supplies stock levels
Maintain the office clean, tidy, and functional
Handle access & parking topics
Take care of deliveries and shipments
Handle maintenance issues
Manage good relationships with landlord and facility management companies
