What the job involves
- Our Talent Team plays a key role in supporting True Anomaly's top-tier workforce and strategically managing our hiring pipelines to ensure we attract the best talent to join our company
- In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with our Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to facilitate the growth of our dynamic organization
- As a critical member of the team, you'll oversee all interview scheduling and related logistics
- Your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional candidate experience, guiding them smoothly through True Anomaly’s interview process
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interview teams and leadership to deliver a white glove experience related to all aspects of candidate experience
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with a high level of urgency — this includes phone, video, and on-site interviews using Greenhouse (ATS)
- Cultivate a top-tier candidate experience from beginning to end through your welcoming communication with candidates, attention to detail, and confidence when hosting on-site interviews
- Navigate interviewers’ complex and dynamic schedules and correspond with candidates via phone, text and email
- Send Employment Agreements via Dropbox Sign once a candidate accepts their offer
- Support Candidates with booking travel accommodations (flight, hotel, car service, etc.) and expense reconciliation as needed
- Find opportunities for interview process and system improvement, including identifying bottlenecks and improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Build strong relationships and interact professionally with all levels of candidates and hiring teams
- Have the opportunity to get involved in People team and Company-wide initiatives and make your positive impact

Our take
True Anomaly is a space tech startup composed of former military operators and engineers. The Colorado-based company is focused on building spacecraft and software solutions designed to secure U.S. commercial and military interests in space. It has already developed a fully-integrated platform with seamless satellite, navigation, and data-capture technologies that provide security and training for the quickly evolving space market.
Founded in 2022, True Anomaly has already designed its first spacecraft, the Jackal Autonomous Orbital Vehicle, which can be used to train operators on the ground or as intelligence-gathering tools against adversarial spacecraft. Alongside this, the startup has built a 35,000-square-foot facility in Denver to manufacture the Jackals and hired a team of close to 60 people.
With impressive capital gained at the end of 2023, the company validated the Jackal's technical and operational capabilities and made the necessary investments to scale production. Despite this healthy injection of funding, it still had to streamline staff in spring 2024, but is looking leaner and more agile for it, planning to partner with Firefly Aerospace to launch The Jackal in 2025.
