Who you are
- You must have sales experience, preferably in the property industry

- You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- You are proficient in using computer systems, software, and databases
Desirable
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
What the job involves
- Achieve lettings targets by nurturing all enquiries
- Meet or exceed call handling, outbound call, and productivity targets
- Ensure all qualified enquiries are reviewed on a daily basis
- Share qualified leads with landlords, and follow-up to ensure offers are responded to or are viewings booked in a timely manner
- Proactively solve any blockers to a let being achieved - whether that’s quickly answering questions, trying alternative contact methods, or redirecting renters to alternative properties
- Go the extra mile to assist renters where possible
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels
- Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and support tickets from renters and landlords in a professional and courteous manner according to Hybr’s tone of voice guidelines
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to renter queries and concerns
- Help maintain data accuracy in the CRM system, including taking notes after each interaction and amending the property database
- Provide feedback on common issues to improve the company's service offering

Salary benchmarks
Our take
First-time student renters are in a vulnerable position. Finding available properties can be tricky, and with little experience or authority students all too often end up tied to unscrupulous landlords and poorly maintained flats. It’s created a substantial trust issue, and Hybr is a new and buzzy real estate marketplace looking to solve this.
On the one hand Hybr provides students access to accommodation from reputable landlords in their city, as well as support from the Hybr team with admin challenges. On the other, landlords can access a more flexible and affordable leasing plan than those typically offered by traditional letting agents. A win-win in theory, and in practice Hybr has received resoundingly positive customer feedback from both sides of the equation.
The platform is currently live already across 8 UK cities, with a focus on Bristol. It will need to bulk out property numbers in major rental hotspots like London as it grows, but with the kind of nationwide attention it’s already attracting, HYBR has the potential to scale rapidly.
